I’ve been preoccupied with measuring rooms & talking to who I hope will be my landlady for my cakeshop. Been busy calculating start-up costs at a bare minimun & how much it would take to cover the first several months with no sales. Always plan for the worst & hope for the best has been my motif. Getting really excited as it’s looking pretty good. The big key to whether or not I can pull it off will be the cost of having the necessary plumbing done. Keeping my fingers crossed.
